US president prepares for announcement of plans to create jobs to the Congress on September 8th, delayed one day after the debate with the Republicans about schedule.

President Barack Obama agree move the schedule announced plans to create jobs to the House of Representatives and the Senate are meeting together, from September 7 to 8 September.

White House spokesman said that the content of Obama's announcement is focused on creating jobs to solve unemployment rate reached 9.1 percent, and coupled with details of the plan to reduce the budget deficit. This will include the construction of infrastructure, measures to help home buyers, stay tax measures to encourage companies to hire new employees, including more time to reduce the individual income tax and welfare measures for the unemployed, and more.
